Elder Rides offers a selection of transportation options to help you get where you need to be. Choose from our Standard Ride service, Full-Service option,  or Half-day Companion Package.
Standard
Our standard ride service includes pick up at your location and drop off at your destination. Standard rides can be either one-way or round trip. Every ride includes:
  • Meeting you at your door
  • Assisting you to our climate-controlled van
  • Getting you settled and secured in the vehicle
  • A safe, professional ride to your destination
  • Free wifi
  • Assisting you out of the vehicle and into your destination.
  • Helping to get you checked in for your appointment if needed
Full-Service
Full-service rides include round trip Standard service , plus:
  • Your driver stays at your destination for the entire duration of your appointment or shopping trip.
  • Your driver attends your appointment with you and can act as advocate or support professional. (upon request)
  • Your driver can assist you with shopping or other activities if your appointment is not medical in nature.
  • Time for your full-service ride starts when we arrive at your pick-up location and ends when you are returned back to your home.
Half-day Companion Package
Half-day Companion packages include our Full-service option and let you book our drivers for a block of hours rather than a single trip. Book your driver for a minimum of four (4) hours. During this time, our drivers are available to transport you and assist you. Half-day packages are perfect when you:
  • Need to make multiple stops
  • Require assistance with tasks like grocery shopping
